I would never have thought that I would get hooked on social media! But here I am, struggling with my addiction. I became addicted about a year and a half ago, and I’m still fighting my problem. I had an account on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Heck, I even got one on MySpace (do you remember MySpace?).
After breaking up with my ex-girlfriend this year, everything lost its meaning to me. Suddenly, I found myself alone, with no one to talk to, no one to cheer me up after a rough day at work. I felt like the ground fell out from beneath my feet.

In my entire life I have never met a yogi who wouldn't take a break from his practice. There comes a point in time when even the most amazing relationships hit a pause. Naturally we go on hiatus and mingle with other issues. I took a break from my yoga practice and wasn't sure if I would ever return to yoga.
