Here Is Why Your Favourite Attitude Should Be A Gratitude…

Gratitude is the most powerful affirmation I have ever come across. Every minute, every day. Gratitude changes the flow of your energy. It changes your focus, your perspective. Prior to this, you probably had a tendency to draw your attention to things you don’t have or your circumstances and problems stewing and boiling around you. “I don’t have this, I don’t have that” – sounds familiar? With gratitude, you begin to focus on what’s good in your life, and it creates a flow of positive feelings that attracts new positive things into your life journey. Gratitude – is the best way to bring more goodness in your life. As soon as you start feeling different with respect to great things and accomplishments you already have, you begin to attract more and more of good stuff from the exact range of things you always pictured yourself to have. And thats a great idea to be thankful for that in advance.

Here Is Why Your Favourite Attitude Should Be A Gratitude…

Gratitude is a very powerful tool in designing new affirmations. You can say “thank you” for the things you already have and for those amazing stuff you wish to experience any time soon. Gratitude itself is a much stronger flow of positive emotions than the usual affirmation. Now lets compare the affirmation “I earn $500,000 a year” with “Thank you that I am lucky enough to earn $500,000 a year!” Can you feel the difference? Close your eyes for the moment right now and observe all of the great things you are lucky to be surrounded by: your amazing parents and friends, beautiful husband/wife and children, great car and house, your accomplishments and success… Do you feel the warm sensation? Whatever you are blessed with – be grateful. Whatever new things in life you want to go after – be grateful and you shall receive.

Remember that the only builder of your own reality is YOU. First we imagine it in our minds then it transforms into the physical equivalent, not vice versa. And that would be a good idea to keep in mind and stop forming thoughts about ongoing reality (especially if you are not a big fan of what’s going on in your life right this moment). The truth is that reality, whether you like it or not, has already been formed, and now you’re just watching it playing its act in the physical terms. If you change the flow of the energy using the power of gratitude, then your reality will change automatically. That’s a fact.

“Feeling the gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it” – William Ward

Did you ever wonder why so many people are obsessed on focusing more on their own failures and shortcomings than on recognising and seeing their achievements? By achieving something we are pleased for a couple of days and then those positive emotions are completely forgotten. We are to quick to dismiss the feeling of joy and pride for our accomplishments. And yet again we are forcing ourselves to set new goals and go after them. But before you go after new things stop for a moment and recall all of your great successes and those difficulties you had to cope with in order to get what you wanted. Feel proud of it. Always look at yourself as a winner! This will give you new strength and energy to achieve new goals. The more you feel the success of your past the greater achievements will come into your life. The “Law of Attraction” works perfectly here because you feel successful and strong by being thankful and complimenting yourself on your achievements and you attract even more of them in your life by getting into that state.

What is important to remember:

1. Be grateful for the things you are already have and for those amazing events and things which still are still to come.

2. When you say “Thank you” – truly feel it.

3. Don’t hesitate to be grateful on a daily basis.

You will notice improvements in your mood during the day because now the predominant feeling is gratitude more than disappointment. Stay positive in order to attract more positive things and people and your life will change dramatically.

Try to develop a habit to thank the Universe for everything good that happens in your life. Every night before going to bed, remember everything good that has happened today and thank the universe for that. It will bring you much more of the same if you’re grateful for what you are getting now. Make it a healthy habit to BE GRATEFUL and be in the state of gratitude.
