Kerstin Pilz Ph.D. is a former academic with 20 years tertiary teaching experience, a published author, photography enthusiast, RYT 200 yoga teacher and meditation practitioner. She’s based in Hoi An, Vietnam, where she teaches a popular weekly writers group and holds workshops and multi-day retreats combining yoga, writing and mindfulness meditation.
