10 Good Reminders to Make Your Day Brighter
Reminder #1
All too often we spend too much time wondering whether or not others approve of us and our choices in life; whether or not they will confide us when times are dark, especially when we running low on hope. All too often we attribute our sense of happiness to other people and things… whereas the truth stays the same – happiness is an inside job.

Learn to be grateful. For everything that you’ve got. For the bad and the good and the best experiences in your life. Nothing was coincidental. Life itself is a tremendous gift. Never lose hope… Ever in the darkest times, there’s always hope to be found within your heart. The sunrise always comes after the darkest night. Everything is going to be okay.
Reminder #8
Stop taking things close to heart… especially if we are talking about the actions of others. The actions are reflections of choices other people made based on the premises of current circumstances in their life; take nothing personally. Each person we meet on our way battles something we have zero clues about.
Reminder #9
Get outdoors! Nature heals. When we race through our days without catching a breath, a simple walk on fresh air will make a dramatic difference to your mood and overall wellbeing. Get out there and clear the cobwebs. Feel better!
Reminder #10
Perfectionism is an illusion. Breathe… relax… It’s okay to strive for the best results; it’s also okay to make mistakes and be human along the process. Mistakes are proof that you are trying.
When things are going well, it's always good to know how to keep and expand that. And, when we struggle to catch a breath, facing challenging circumstances, we got to take other actions that help us pull through rough patches on the way. Some situations seem to be so excruciatingly terrible,…
