How to Look Good & Feel Good Effortlessly

It seems like a simple concept, but looking good and feeling good is not always easy. Yet, not much effort is needed to look and feel good. The crucial thing is to know how to manipulate different elements of your daily outfits and grooming to look stylish. To guide you through, follow the outline below on how to maintain your signature look effortlessly.

Feel Good Effortlessly: Lead a Healthy Lifestyle

Unbeknownst to you, the number one thing that adds style to your look is YOURSELF. To feel good and look good and have radiant skin to maintain a good look. Even if you sport a twenty thousand dollar dress but have dry, cracked skin and tired red eyes, you won’t pull off the look you want. Unless you are going for a zombie look.

You must ensure you incorporate healthy practices within your lifestyle. These include;

Feel Good Effortlessly: Get enough sleep, at least 8 hours a day.

This prevents bag and dark circles from around your eyes. Having enough sound sleep is also essential because your body is well-rested for effective functioning, which helps to give you better-looking skin.

Feel Good Effortlessly: Take care of your skin

This doesn’t end with sleep. You should invest in our skin, as it is something you will have throughout your life. Thus, a good skin regimen goes a long way. Get skin products that match your skin type, and that brings results. It is essential to cleanse, tone, and moisturize your skin at least twice a day.

Try to exfoliate at least once a week to get rid of dead skin cells and other dirt build-ups.  If your skin is dry, infuse it with hydration by applying a face mask at least once a week. Apply sunscreen to protect your skin when you are exposed to the sun. And if you can avoid, stay away from the sun. Seek shade during intense sunny periods and wear clothes that protect your skin.

 Feel Good Effortlessly: Stay Hydrated

Beyond the beauty face masks, ensure you hydrate by drinking water. It is recommended that you drink at least 3 liters or eight glasses of water per day. This helps to flush out toxins, enhance cellular function, and keep your skin hydrated.

This prevents dryness and flakiness, making your skin look younger and radiant. Add natural fruits such as orange wedges or berries to your water to give it flavor. Berries are also a great source of antioxidants which are good for your skin!

 Feel Good Effortlessly: Eat Healthily

Avoid junk foods and processed foods. These are good sources of toxins. They are also packed with fats, carbs, and salts that can be damaging to your skin. Increased fats and carbs enhance the chances of your skin to break, causing acne and skin irritation. Instead, try to eat healthily. Have a cheat for unhealthy food. Otherwise, maintain healthy eating. Try out foods such as broccoli and sweet potatoes that are packed with antioxidants.

Feel Good Effortlessly: Maintain Good Hygiene

To maintain a good look, you must also have hygienic practices. Shower daily, wash your hair, and clean your teeth. Invest in a good toothpaste. Use mouthwash or dental floss. Visit your dentist every 3 to 6 months to ensure your dental hygiene and health are on point.  A good smile with clean white teeth goes a long way to improving your look.

Making sure you smell great is all part of your look, making sure you apply perfume to the correct way and no to dry out your skin by using perfumes that are kind to your skin.

Feel Good Effortlessly: Keep The Outfit simple

When it comes to the outfit, keep it simple. Don’t overdo it. You will naturally have you’re a style of outfit that appeals to you. Try to work on it. Choosing a costume shouldn’t be a military operation. Think about your outfit the night before you wear it.

Or if you are more of a planning person, plan your week over the weekend. Have a pair of tailored pants and shirts, a pair of jeans, at least two good jackets, t-shirts for casual days, a pair of boots, simple heels and casual shoes. Try to diversify the colors to give you more options. You can’t go wrong trying to pair this line-up.

Remember not to match it up too much. You don’t need to match the handbag and shoes every time. Don’t overthink your outfit. Give it a spin for a more authentic and natural look. You want to be noticed but not to attract unnecessary attention. Use the three outfit layering rules. Use three different colors and tones on your outfit and accessories.

Try simple Hacks

Something like lipstick can appear to be basic. But it makes a difference. A good quality bright lipstick makes your face brighter, more noticeable, and attractive. On those busy weekday mornings, you don’t have to go through hours applying makeup as if you are hitting the runways of Paris Fashion Week

Choose a good bright lipstick that matches your skin tone from the nearest drugstore to add just a little bit of style to your daily look. Trust that people will be too attracted to your lipstick that they will forget the fact that you haven’t applied mascara or eyeliner or even that your hair is held up in a messy bun.

Accessorize

Accessorizing your outfit can create the difference between a fashion statement and an old grandma outfit. Always think of how you can accessorize your outfit. It doesn’t have to be chunks and chunks of jewelry. It may only mean adding a red belt to the black outfit or a color pop bag to your dull outfit. Have an arsenal of accessories, depending on your personal preference. This ranges from standard jewelry to belts, bags, and even sunglasses.

Be confident

Nothing adds more style to your outfit that your confidence. Believe in and live your look.  Your everyday look should make a statement, and what better way than through exuding confidence. Being confident in yourself makes you look more comfortable, authentic, and gives people the impression that you know what you are doing. As they sometimes say, “fake it till you make it’.
