The more I think about it, the more I believe that exposing yourself to this information is a bad idea, unless you're getting it straight from a certified professional.
It's okay to occasionally vent to loved ones or read articles that give simple relationship tips every now and then. In fact, doing so can be quite helpful and therapeutic if done in moderation.
